People who are bulky avoid taking high caloric compounds.
•    When you are performing your favorite workout, do keep in mind about the weakness. Sometimes people only perform beach muscle exercises or focus only on chest muscles, whole body needs proper work out otherwise you will face serious injuries.
•    Liquid calories play an important role in gaining the energy lost in the form of sweat during work out.  Protein shakes and fruit juices added between meals can provide 1000 calories to your body. The sad thing is that many body builders ignore using liquid shakes; therefore they always complain loss of energy and weakness. Try to add liquid calories in your routine work out and then feel the difference.
